February 12 – 18 is Cardiovascular Professionals Week, a time to recognize the importance of the clinicians, administrators, managers, and more who dedicate their lives to healing people’s hearts.
According to Johns Hopkins Medicine, 84 million Americans suffer from a cardiovascular disease, with one out of every three deaths resulting from some form of heart disease. The most common of these diseases is coronary artery disease, which can lead to a heart attack.
