With the holiday season in high-gear, it is easy to get caught up decorating our homes, attending parties and programs, and finding the perfect gifts for our friends and family.

While we each have our own unique holiday traditions, the month of December is one that encourages us all to come together in celebration of what unites us. Regardless of how we celebrate or what religion we practice, this is a time of year in which we give thanks for our blessings, create new memories with our friends and family and make resolutions for the coming year.

None of this would be possible without the sacrifice of the men and women who have served our country. HealthTrust Workforce Solutions has decided to make a donation to the United Way’s MISSION UNITED program this holiday season in your name on behalf of all corporate employees, clinicians, hospital facilities and vendor partners.

MISSION UNITED provides our veterans with much-needed employment services, legal assistance, education, financial services, health and housing support. I am proud that the HealthTrust community has been provided the opportunity to assist such a worthy cause.

If you are interested in learning more about what you can do to support local veterans in our community, I invite you to visit unitedwaybroward.org/veteran-services

On behalf of the entire HealthTrust Workforce Solutions family, we wish you a joyful holiday season & a Happy New Year!
