HCA was recently recognized as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies for the eighth year in a row by Ethisphere. HCA was one of seven healthcare companies to receive this distinction for 2017.
Approximately 5 percent of all hospital services in the U.S. occur at an HCA facility. The company owns 171 hospitals and 118 freestanding surgery centers in 20 states and the United Kingdom. HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is an affiliate of HCA, with HWS staffing many of HCA’s facilities.
