We are collecting brand new copies of Did I Ever Tell You How Lucky You Are? in support of Read Across America Day! All copies of this Dr. Seuss classic will be donated to the United Way of Broward County.
The National Education Association's Read Across America Day is a nationwide initiative to promote literacy among children and young adults. The celebration is held on March 2 each year to commemorate Dr. Seuss's birthday.
For employees in our Sunrise corporate office, please drop off your book donations to Charlotte Scheel or Cheryl Rhody. If you are outside of the corporate office and would like to participate, you may purchase the book at an online retailer (such as Amazon) to be delivered to our Sunrise office to the attention of Charlotte or Cheryl.
All donations must be received by Monday, February 19.
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is an avid supporter of the United Way of Broward County, which works to bridge the gaps in community-based services that focus on youth success, financial stability, emergency needs, and so much more. The nonprofit organization funds 51 programs from 46 partner agencies across the county, including 19 programs directly affecting local youth and their families. HealthTrust Workforce Solutions CEO Brendan A.J. Courtney is a member of the agency’s Board of Directors.
