Looking Back on the 2026 HealthTrust Regional Recruiter Summit in Nashville, TN

And last month's first-ever HealthTrust Regional Recruiter Summit was a perfect example of those efforts. Held in Nashville, Tennessee, the event offered a chance for our HealthTrust recruitment superstars to come together and engage in some constructive team-building, skill development, and good old fashioned fun!

Among other activities, the summit included everything from field-based team exercises, a baseball game outing, and a panel where our top-performing recruiters were interviewed by HealthTrust VP of Professional Development John Ruffini, a highly accomplished staffing industry leader who build our first-ever professional development team and continues to lead those efforts today.
In addition to Ruffini's guidance, other key HealthTrust leaders from departments ranging from staffing, operations, education, and compliance were also on hand to lend their support, including Jamie Anderson, fresh off her recent role expansion and Nurses Week profile in the South Florida Business Journal.
