The Director of Staffing role provides leadership, direction and management for the staffing aspects of the operations for HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional and Satellite offices. Each of our major hubs across the country has a Director of Staffing who is responsible for coming up with innovative solutions to the new challenges that come their way.

Each Director of Staffing also ensures compliance with current Federal, State and Local Standards, HCA Corporate guidelines, and Joint Commission regulations that govern business operations and human resources functions.
