It’s not often that a Director of Staffing position opens up at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, but this rewarding career opportunity recently opened up at our South Florida corporate office.

The Director of Staffing role provides leadership, direction and management for the staffing aspects of the operations for HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional and Satellite offices. Each of our major hubs across the country has a Director of Staffing who is responsible for coming up with innovative solutions to the new challenges that come their way.

"You feel appreciated and allowed to take initiative to get things accomplished," says Andie Bermudez, the Director of Staffing for our West Florida office. "You have a voice in the company."

Each Director of Staffing also ensures compliance with current Federal, State and Local Standards, HCA Corporate guidelines, and Joint Commission regulations that govern business operations and human resources functions. Although this may sound like a lot of pressure, this position leaves our current Directors of Staffing with tremendous career satisfaction.

“For the past year as the Director of Staffing in North Texas, I’ve been able to be a part of the tremendous growth as a company due to the launch of new technology, restored office processes and the determined leadership to get us there," says Brandon Maravich, Director of Staffing for North Texas. "HealthTrust’s commitment to continual progress for its employees, nurses and company as a whole is what makes this organization one of a kind and an honor to work for.”

Qualified applicants will need to have at least a high school diploma or GED, as well as at least three years of Staffing experience. This fast-paced position is an excellent career opportunity for staffing professionals looking to work their way up through a top-tier staffing agency.
