If you’re a staffing industry leader who would like to help shape the future of healthcare recruitment, consider our exciting career opportunity as a Division Vice President!

Our Division Vice Presidents (DVP) are responsible for enacting business development and sales strategies, providing leadership to local team members, implementing recruitment initiatives, maintaining relationships with clients and business partners, and collaborating with team members across the country to support our business objectives.

"The ability to develop true partnerships with our hospitals and facilities, as well as apply my clinical and business knowledge to solve complex problems, brings immense satisfaction," says Randy Garcia, DVP for San Antonio. "I also love that I get to help make the people I work with successful through mentorship and guidance."

The DVP position requires travel from 25% to 50% of the time to visit facility partners, HealthTrust office locations, and more. Not only is HealthTrust Workforce Solutions one of the largest healthcare staffing firms in the country, but our status as a fully-owned subsidiary of HCA Healthcare means our team members also become part of one of the country's leading healthcare service providers.

Working for an HCA Healthcare-affiliated company allows you the opportunity to learn from the elite in the industry. Each day, our team members have the ability to indirectly change lives, save lives and help patients in hospitals, as well as help people find jobs.

Qualified applicants will need a bachelor's degree and at least five years of management experience within the staffing or recruitment industry. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
