You don’t have to be a HealthTrust employee to refer a nurse or healthcare professional, but you’ll earn a bigger referral bonus if you are! Here are some of the biggest referral bonuses we're currently offering our employees:

• Resource pool, dialysis care, and PICC RNs: Up to $1,000*
• Travel and local contract RNs, techs (cath lab, first assist, med, OR, surgical), and respiratory therapists: Up to $850*

How the HealthTrust Referral Bonus Program Works

As you can see, there are a lot of opportunities to earn some pretty big bonuses with the HealthTrust nursing and healthcare referral program. And as you can probably guess, you'll have to follow a few simple rules to do so: 

• The referred nurse or clinician must be new to HealthTrust, and not a current or past employee.
• The online referral form must be fully filled out and submitted.
• The referred nurse or clinician must work a minimum of 90 days, or a certain number of hours within their first 90 days. For dialysis and PICC roles, the minimum is six months. You can see the exact requirements here.
