"Alexis earned her BA from the University of Miami. Alexis is being promoted from Program Professional to Corporate Recruiter. Alexis has been with HWS for over 2 years and is now on her second promotion. Alexis has been dedicated to recruiting and prepping clinical, non-clinical and leadership candidates for positions with HCA and HWS’s external facilities. Alexis is hard-working, driven, and wildly passionate about the world of recruitment. She enjoys building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers and guiding them through the hiring process. She currently holds over a 90% conversion rate from interview prep to placement.
