I've had the opportunity to work with Brianna now for four years. Her work ethic, organizational skills, and top-notch customer service as a Sr. Program Professional have always been on point. Her ability to manage a large workload successfully while volunteering for projects and assisting other team members is incredible. Whenever we needed to transition a Program Professional to manage a facility, Brianna was our "go-to" person. Throughout our years of working together, Brianna expressed interest in furthering her career as a Program Manager. During that time, we found opportunities to manage projects and lead operations activities for our team. It was clear Brianna had the drive, knowledge and experience to move into that next role.
