As we continue to refine our business and focus on our commitment to operational excellence, I would like to share the promotion of Christina Hall to the newly created position Assistant Vice President of Enterprise Operations.
As AVP of Enterprise Operations, Christina and her team will be responsible for driving operational excellence, process improvement, best practice implement, training and development across all functional areas of Workforce Solutions. Christina’s promotion is effective immediately and she will continue to report directly to Steve Wright, SVP of Field Operations and Delivery.
This organizational alignment was thoughtfully constructed in an effort to further enhance the infrastructure of our enterprise commitment to operational excellence. In her new role, Christina will serve as a catalyst between the worlds of business and technology in a way that drives organizational execution. She will work to break down silos and increase collaboration among all team members in the pursuit of adopting industry-leading best practices.
Christina’s contributions and the positive impact she has had on our organization has made a real difference in moving our company forward. She has proven herself to be an extremely knowledgeable and trusted business partner. I am confident that Christina’s new role will enable her to make an even greater impact on our organization in a way that will undoubtedly benefit the entire HealthTrust team, our clinicians, the healthcare facilities we work with each day, and ultimately the patients of our clients.
