"Jason has prevailed as an Associate Recruiter with a confidence and determination. He was eager to join the full desk recruitment team and quickly set about educating himself about all aspects of the territories. His knowledge of what is expected to be delivered is well past comprehensive and learning the information intimately was his main focus. Mastering of the processes and growth in number of nurses has been a huge asset to the team and earned him this promotion to Regional Recruiter.
He understands the collaborative nature of the work and he is always quick to give credit where credit is due. Whenever Jason is called out for his amazing work, he makes it clear that it is a team effort speaking even more to his team spirit.
