"I am pleased to announce Layana Watts promotion to Regional Recruiter. Layana joined HealthTrust Workforce Solutions in August 2018. Layana has extensive experience in recruiting, customer service, candidate engagement and communications. She thrives on understanding of how her role improves patient care and her ability to motivate nurses to join our facilities has led to her continued success. During her time here, Layana has contributed nurses to join Per Diem, Full Time Resource Pool and First Assist in Florida. Layana has frequently been recognized for outstanding achievement in these areas.
In Layana’s new position, she will be gaining new responsibilities while always having the main focus on improving the patient experience by identifying compassionate and emphatic nurses.
