Layana has extensive experience in recruiting, customer service, candidate engagement and communications. She thrives on understanding of how her role improves patient care and her ability to motivate nurses to join our facilities has led to her continued success. During her time here, Layana has contributed nurses to join Per Diem, Full Time Resource Pool and First Assist in Florida.
