"We are pleased to announce the promotion of Max Belony from Associate Recruiter to Team Lead. Max has been with HealthTrust Workforce Solutions for 9 months. During his time Max has been innovative to enhance recruitment process which has improved our screening efficiency in the department and has consistently been recognized for his outstanding monthly achievements.
Max’s energy, drive, self-discipline, ability to build relationships and enthusiasm are traits that have helped Max surpass monthly production goals. Max has achieved great things in helping the recruitment team maintain a fluid strong candidate pipeline and ultimately assisting talented Nurses find their next career opportunity. Max will bring his knowledge and experience to build and expand our customer and candidate base through new marketing channels.
Max’s background in sales gives him an overall understanding of how to improve customer satisfaction and his ability to motivate others has led to his continued success.
