Nathan has been a member of the HealthTrust Travel Recruiting Team for over 2 years. He has helped train others on that team while serving as an individual contributor. Over the past 10 months Nathan has been overseeing the surgery centers in NTX and has done a nice job at helping us increase the shift comp and more than double the total number of fills in partnership with our staffing and recruiting teams.
