The culture of Parallon Workforce Solutions is anchored upon our purpose to serve and enable those who care and improve human life in their communities.
To celebrate this commitment, we started a new movement in mid-May to promote our core attributes that make PWS truly GREAT— Growth, Recognition, Engagement, Appreciation and Teamwork.
The premise of the program is simple- when PWS associates notice their colleagues demonstrating one or more of these attributes, they have the opportunity to share the story with the rest of the organization. Because the nomination process is anonymous, you never know who is watching- and taking note- of your actions.
Within a matter of three short weeks, Christina Coury, Director of Operations, was nominated by three individual colleagues. She is pictured above receiving tokens of appreciation presented by Brendan Courtney, President and CEO of PWS, and Steve Wright, SVP of Field Operations and Delivery.
