# Making PWS GREAT- Recognizing Jennifer Bridge

**Jennifer Bridge, Office Administrator** for Parallon Workforce Solutions in Denver was recently recognized three times by individual colleagues for exhibiting the core attributes that make PWS truly **GREAT— Growth, Recognition, Engagement, Appreciation and Teamwork. ** She is pictured above with Matt Jensen, Regional Vice President Matt Jensen and Whitney Drucker, Director of Regional Operations.
Here is how Parallon Workforce Associates have noticed **Jennifer making PWS GREAT**:
- "**Jen** has stepped up and become sort of our liaison between W2.0 and corporate. She has been AMAZING with helping us in the FarWest when it comes to corrections needed, assistance, guidance and a remarkable point of contact for all things W2.0 related. And though overwhelmed, she has done so willingly and with such a positive attitude that she deserves recognition for her team work, professionalism, great attitude and willingness to make this conversion as easy on all as possible. - "As we get further and further into our Workforce 2.0 implementation, there are many new steps and processes that need to be vetted out and clearly defined. As an Office Administrator **Jennifer** has been an early adopter of the tool and finding the ways we can maximize it's effectiveness. She always asks great questions and sees the bigger picture when it comes to new technology. She is never wavering in her desire to learn the tool better and to be more efficient. She is always willing to help and assist when I need her to test things and processes and then go and share her learning's and findings with other OAs in the field."
