# Making PWS GREAT- Recognizing Steven Busacca

**Steven Busacca, Recruiting Assistant** for Parallon Workforce Solutions in Sunrise was recently recognized four times by individual colleagues for his commitment to making Parallon **GREAT - Growth, Recognition, Engagement, Appreciation, and Teamwork**. He is pictured with his manager, Lisa Acevedo.
Steven's reliability, helpfulness, and positive attitude are just some of the reasons he is a **GREAT** asset to Parallon:
- "**Steven Busacca** is, in my opinion the most reliable team member we have. He really goes out of his way to call his clients and HCA employees to make sure they’re doing well and are in need of assistance. Hearing his conversations every morning remind me the importance of what we do, and that having one conversation could really make a difference in someone’s day. He’s uplifting and caring and always has to best interest of our company and holds his position to its highest standards. His smile is infectious and he really brings the mood we need in the office up at any time. Any time anyone needs anything he jumps to their aid for anything it is. He is the true definition of a team player. "
- "I know it’s not always easy being the metrics person as I’ve been in **Steven**'s shoes myself, as a long term HR career person of over 20 years now, and he is professional, fun and eager to learn. In addition, Steven is supportive and always concerned about our teams well-being.
