Each summer Parallon Workforce Solutions hosts a summer internship program, welcoming the children of Parallon team members who are currently college students. The students are introduced to the world of healthcare and learn about the dynamics involved in putting the healthcare workforce to work each day.
However, this past week the tables were turned and the summer interns were given the opportunity to educate the Parallon Workforce team about emerging and evolving social media platforms.
The Parallon Workforce team learned quite a bit during the workshop about connecting and sharing in cyberspace, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Tumblr and YouTube.
We especially enjoyed exploring the world of Snapchat and using the lense featureto see what we would look like if we swapped faces with one another or became cats and dogs!
