Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this individual provides overall leadership and strategic planning for the Case Management and Social Services departments.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing department/program evaluation
- Ensure appropriate utilization of resources, facilities and services by reviewing admissions, duration of stay, professional services rendered for both inpatients and observation patients
- Develop departmental goals
- Create and implement action plans
- Identify patient discharge needs and work in collaboration with nurses and physicians in managing patient care need through the organization
- Supervise Case Managers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Current RN license strongly preferred
- 3-5 years Case Management experience in an acute hospital setting
- 2+ years in a management role, Director level experience in Case Management strongly preferred
Compensation commensurate with experience with a salary range between $85-$100K/yr. Plus a 10% bonus potential
