Summary
Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director Women's Services assumes leadership for managing the daily operations of Women's Health, Labor & Delivery, Obstetrics, Nursery, Postpartum, Neonatal Intensive Care and Lactation Services.
Qualifications
- Facility is looking for someone who has come up through L&D and experience with Level III NICU and at least 3 years Director level experience
- Florida Registered Nurse License
- Bachelor's required, Master's preferred
- 3-5+ years’ previous management experience
- Minimum of 2 years in L&D experience
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP and FHM certifications
Compensation commensurate with experience with salary range between $$84-110K.
