# RepScrubs® Corporate Partnership with HealthTrust Workforce Solutions and HCA Healthcare

HCA HealthTrust and HCA Healthcare’s principle initiative is to provide exceptional patient care in a safe environment.  To further these efforts, we have some important news to share with you about the augmentation of our VPro credential clearance process for the vendor representatives.

***HCA Healthcare & HealthTrust Verified Professionals (VPro) have partnered with RepScrubs® to integrate the non-employee VPro Credentialing with RepScrubs® SCRUBPORT® dispensing technology. ***

Credential compliance is not new to anyone; however, the integration of the SCRUBPORT® technology will assist North Florida Regional Medical Center with **overall** compliance while reducing the risk of infection and improving security.

Each vendor representative will be required to adhere to the new requirement when accessing procedural areas of the facilities (ex: operating rooms, sterile processing, Cath lab, interventional radiology, endoscopy, and Labor & Delivery, etc.).  The SCRUBPORT® will be located near the main entrance in close proximity to the VPro Kiosk, where the login is required daily for access. 

Our goal is to go live with the integration of the two systems on June 14, 2021, allowing 30 days after this date for all vendor representatives to become compliant with a RepScrubs® account. - North Florida Regional Medical Center will be the initial launch site before additional North Florida market locations are considered for implementation.
- There will be onsite support from the Director of Client Relations for HealthTrust and RepScrubs® this first week of go-live on June 14, 2021. 

Not all HCA Healthcare facilities are currently implemented with this smart technology solution.  Future implementations will be announced and located on a brand new website soon to be announced. 

**You will have a RepScrubs® Credential added to your HWS VPro credentialing account starting on June 14, 2021, that will need to be acknowledged online to be compliant for access after July 14, 2021.**
