East Florida process change for RN's to complete the C-Diff assessment for patients with liquid stools.
If a patient has liquid stools, LVN's/PCT's are to notify the RN. The RN will document "Y" to liquid stools and complete the C-Diff questions in the Intake & Output Care Item in Meditech.
