In partnership with our Tristar facilities, the Paramedic EDM documentation is getting a reboot effective April, 10th. Paramedics will no longer have access to document Assessments, Reassessments and the disposition screen. The disposition screen is required upon departure of the patient. If left incomplete, this will impact the EMTALA log.

Starting December 5th, you will access PowerChart instead of SurgiNet for all surgical documentation. Periop Doc and all the other SurgiNet tabs have been added to PowerChart so there will be no need to access SurgiNet separately.
