As HealthTrust continues to grow, so does our Perm Placement Team. In an effort to help streamline the process and make your experience with us as pleasant as possible, we have created an Inbox for the sole purpose of Candidate Submittals.
Moving forward, please email candidate submittals to HWS.PermanentPlacement@HealthTrustWS.com for review.
We will review candidates within 24 hours and get back to as to whether or not the candidate will be submitted to HCA for consideration.
The process for candidate submittals remains the same:
- Please read the full job order to the candidate, and make sure to confirm the candidate's interest in the position, shift & facility location and that the candidate meets the minimum requirements of the job posting.
- Please speak with the candidate you have sourced for the PWS Perm Placement job order before submitting their resume.
- Please identify his/her clinical skill set, work start availability, geographic work location preference, desired salary (please do not simply indicate “negotiable”) and indicate same on the Candidate profile form that we have provided you.
Your vendor contract and our HWS Perm Placement Division will only assist qualified candidates who are authorized to work in the United States. Unfortunately, we are not offering any visa sponsorships (H1B, TN, etc.) at this time. Qualified candidates should have at least 1-year recent clinical experience within an acute care facility in the United States.
Remember: We are not able to consider current HCA Employees at any time. As the MSP for HCA, our parent company, we need to encourage current HCA employees to go to their HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) at the facility where they work.
Remember, when submitting a candidate please insert the candidate's current resume in MS WORD format (without your organization’s name, header or footer) and also state the following in the body of the e-mail (if not on the resume itself or on the candidate profile form):

- Mailing Address
- Home Phone:
- Cell Phone:
- Email Address:
- Best Time
- Title desired:
- Salary Desired:
- License Held:
- Date Available to start new job:
When submitting a candidate, there are essential attachments pertaining to the candidate that must be included with the resume. The following documents need to be included:
- Resume
- Candidate Profile
- Completed in its entirety
- “What are the three most important things in making a job change?” must include detailed reasons as to why the candidate is looking and why they are specifically interested in HCA.
- Sam Search
- Exclusion Search
- RN License verification
- Active license
- Clean and clear license
