Mercy Hospital  is situated on the shores of beautiful Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove, FL and is a 488-bed acute care facility.  Mercy has received the Magnet recognition by the American Nurses Credentialing Centers, has been designated as a Primary Stroke Center by The Joint Commission and whose hyperbaric and wound-care center has been designated as the Divers Alert Network (DAN) regional coordinator for Florida and the Caribbean.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director of Women's Services assumes leadership for managing the daily operations of Women's Health, Labor & Delivery, Obstetrics, Nursery, Postpartum, Neonatal Intensive Care and Lactation Services.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years cath lab experience required; previous ICU experience highly desired.

• Florida Registered Nurse License
• Must have BSN,  MSN preferred
• 3-5+ years’ previous management experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in L&D
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP and FHM certifications

Compensation commensurate with experience - salary range between $84 - $120K plus
