Summary
The Director of Physician Contract Administration oversees the respective HCA division and facilities’ physician contracting process for professional and administrative service agreements. Responsible for obtaining appropriate internal approvals, drafting, finalizing and maintaining new and existing agreements and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Establishes and maintains relationships between the division contracting department and facility administration, legal counsel, and other relevant parties as needed. Supervises contract administrators and generates reports and tracking systems for the purpose of tracking the physician contracts inventory. Maintains and ensures the integrity of the Physician Contract Management database for the respective HCA division and ensures the database system is used to produce all physician agreements within the respective HCA division.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required in healthcare or business related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Four or more years of relevant experience required, including legal and/or physician contracting experience.
Compensation commensurate with experience with salary range midpoint is $109k!
