Summary

Working with department management, the Facilities Manager supervises plant operations, construction, preventative maintenance, and other repairs on the hospital structure and systems. Manages all regulatory compliance including emergency management, environment of care, and life safety.

Qualifications

• Valid and current CA drivers' license. 
• Associate degree required, BS in Engineering desirable. 
• Minimum of five years (5) facility management experience, 3 in hospital acute care setting responsible for physical plant, regulatory compliance, and environment of care.

Compensation commensurate with experience with salary range midpoint is $84k!
