Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center (P/SL) provides state-of-the-art, complex medical care in the heart of Denver treating patients from all over the Rocky Mountain region. We are home to a Cancer Center distinguished by the Commission on Cancer as a Center of Excellence and the largest Bone Marrow Transplant Center in the Rocky Mountain region. P/SL holds centers of excellence designations in Neonatal Intensive Care, Spine and Joint Care and Bariatric Surgery as well as Stroke Certification and Level IV trauma.
RN OR
- Oversees and directs the care of the surgical patient.
- Responsible for the care of patients in all-surgical specialties.
- Primary nurse leading the collaboration of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Oversees and directs the care of assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients.
- Will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- On- call 5p-7a Monday-Thursday
EDUCATION REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required) (BSN preferred)
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
- RN License in Colorado(required)
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider (required)
EXPERIENCE
- 1+ years’ of Operating Room RN experience
*Guaranteed 32 hours pay – Sign On Bonus*
Compensation commensurate with experience with salary ~ $80K/yr.
