"Fernando has almost single-handedly implemented improvements in our department that have revolutionized how we get work done and save time. Of course it takes a full team to get these things done, but Fernando showed huge initiative, wisdom and expertise to make processes that were under performing into optimized and nearly flawless processes. Most notably he configured TFS for automated deployments, which has cut down our once before mind numbing deployment process to minutes in the cases where replication isn't to be touched. He reworked how we handled the tear down and build up of replication by producing very eloquently written PowerShell scripts that have simplified and sped up dealing with replication. His most important achievement in my opinion is what has positively impacted the user - he is responsible for his huge refactoring of the monolithic scheduling page which is the epitome of the Facility Scheduler application. Fernando is always willing to take on challenges and just wants to improve things until they can't be improved anymore.
