**Welcome to VPRO Info - About Us**
Healthtrust Verified Professionals is a credentialing process by which you are assured each individual’s credentials are validated in order to provide a variety of patient care, treatment, or services.
HealthTrust has been credentialing Verified Professionals for over 10 years.
The Verified Professionals team at HWS has experience credentialing over 300 different position types.

**TIERING AND CLASSIFICATIONS**

***Tiering has nothing to do with physical proximity to a patient***
***Fees are annual with unlimited approved access***
| **Annual Fee** | **Tier Definition ** | **Examples** |
| --- | --- | --- |
| $175 | **Tier 1 -** non-employee provides only non-clinical services and requires access to a safety- or security-sensitive area(s). | Examples • Biomed Tech • Field Service Tech • Greeter |
| $275 | **Tier 2 -** affecting patient care, treatment or services | Examples • Supplier Rep • Interpreter • Dialysis Nurse |
| $275 | **Tier 3 -** affecting patient care, treatment or services that require oversight by the medical staff and administration | Examples • Perfusionist • Nuclear Physicist, • Cert. Surgical Asst. |
**ACCESS AND ENROLLMENT TYPES**
**Verified Professionals (VPros)**
- Known as the non-employee individuals/contractors who need access to work in the facilities.

**Delegates**
- Individuals who support their Verified Professionals.
- There is no fee for this account type.

**ENHANCED SECURITY AT EVERY FACILITY – DAILY ID BADGE**
We take security and access very seriously.
A VPro is expected to sign each and every day at the Kiosk.
The VPro must have a mobile number within the Verified Professionals account. This number is used by the system to provide a validation code.
**The ID Compliance Badge is only good for 24 hrs as the system will verify within that time if a VPro is compliant and approved.**
