"Connie started with us as an Onboarder in a newly developed department that coordinates between Recruitment and Credentialing. She helped to create workflows for the Team. She led by example through hard work and cool, calm and collected approach to problem solving. Connie's teammates gravitated to her naturally for guidance.
It didn’t take long to realize she was a natural team lead. Not only has she grown the team by training newcomers, she enthusiastically embraces the idea of growing individuals to be able to move into other roles in the department as well to move up into becoming a Recruiter. She has sent three on their way up that path.
When a recruiter has concerns or question with credentialing requirements, they naturally just say “ I’ll ask Connie”. She is patient and open to explaining the "why" behind the protocols.
