Nathan has been a member of the HealthTrust Travel Recruiting Team for over 2 years. He has helped train others on that team while serving as an individual contributor. Over the past 10 months Nathan has been overseeing the surgery centers in NTX and has done a nice job at helping us increase the shift comp and more than double the total number of fills in partnership with our staffing and recruiting teams. Nathan has officially transitioned to his new role full time and he will continue to support the NTX surgery centers while also taking on El Paso (part of CWT)." -Randall Garcia
