"Ivanna Kaufman started her career at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions in July 2017 as an Associate Recruiter. Her passion for delivering quality patient care is clearly seen through her strong relationships with both her Regional Recruiter and her nurses. Ivanna treats each one of her nurses as top priority, getting to know them a personal level and developing long lasting relationships. Ivanna has become a subject matter expert in her market and continuously proves to be a strong recruiter within the Sourcing department.
As Senior Associate Recruiter, Ivanna will be responsible for continuing to identify nurses to work throughout our facilities as well as being a role model for current and future HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Associate Recruiters on the Sourcing Team.
