1. Drink More Water- aim to consume half of your weight in ounces of water
2. Carry a Water Bottle
3. Tune In & Listen to Your Body- for example, are you lips cracked or dry?
4. Allow Yourself to Receive- make sure you take care of yourself so that you in turn can take care of others!
