Congratulations to Roger Wyatt, RN, MSN, on becoming a HealthTrust Hero!

Roger, who is a Resource Pool RN for the TriStar Division of HCA Healthcare, is thankful for the opportunity to be a part of enhancing patient care and creating a better tomorrow. Roger has always wanted to be a nurse and is grateful that he is able to do what he loves while helping to make a difference in the lives of others.

Our Dallas Office recently celebrated their Office of the Year achievement for  2019!  Together, the team not only helped more nurses find jobs through HealthTrust, but also helped our existing per diem nurses to find more shifts within their specialties at HCA Healthcare facilities throughout North Texas.

Congratulations to Eddie Parizek on becoming a HealthTrust Hero!

Eddie is an Assistant Vice President for HealthTrust Workforce Solutions’ MSP program. He and his team of Program Managers, Program Professionals, Onboarders and more represent our HCA Healthcare client facilities to our in-house travel recruitment team and to our staffing partners.

"I felt a wave of gratitude for everyone with whom I have ever shared my HWS journey," Eddie says about earning the distinction of HealthTrust Hero. "We do not work solo - we need everyone, and I was infinitely indebted to every team member I have the privilege with whom I work!"

Our Dallas leadership team hosted a breakfast in appreciation of their local staff members! The leaders prepared and served a breakfast of pancakes, eggs, bacon, and more.

"The leadership team in Dallas enjoys having a moment to give back to our teams in a fun way," says Regional Vice President Kristi Stark, whose team earned Office of the Quarter for Q1. "Our office leaders come together to provide a breakfast menu that everyone can enjoy and we do all the cooking to show them how much we appreciate them. Our teams work hard each and every day, and this is just a small way we can show our appreciation for their hard work."

Congratulations to Billie Mosley on becoming our first team member to earn HealthTrust Hero two times!

Billie Mosley currently holds a dual role as both Director of MSP Operations and Director of Client Delivery. In his operations role, Billie supports all of our MSP clients through designing reporting, validating data, implementing best practices, and serving as a consultant for any issues that may arise. For his role in client delivery, Billie manages the communications and escalations for one of our large health system clients.

“I love what I do – I wouldn’t be satisfied if I only had one type of task every day,” Billie says. “I thrive in a little bit of chaos.”
