Our Regional Vice Presidents (RVP) are responsible for creating and enacting business development and sales strategies for our offices throughout the western United States. He or she must also build relationships with local clients and contracted vendors to ensure satisfaction for our healthcare professionals, staffing suppliers, and facility partners.

“It’s very rewarding to be a part of patient care in an extended way,” says Kristi Stark, RVP for the Central Region. “In my role, I get to be a part of recruiting for a world-class organization, client relationships and multi-state operations.”

Each RVP also provides guidance for personnel in their respective regional and satellite offices, ensuring success for their entire team. Given the scale of the region, this position requires travel from 50% to 75% of the time.

Qualified applicants will need a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of management experience in the staffing or recruiting industry. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
