We’re looking to hire Staffing Recruiters for our regional offices! If you enjoy making meaningful connections and have a strong background in sales, learn more about our Staffing Recruiter career opportunities.

Staffing Recruiters work closely with our facility partners to understand their unique staffing needs and use their own deep knowledge of our local talent pool to help fill the facility’s vacancies. Staffing Recruiters must also engage with other nurses in the community to grow our talent pool of high-quality clinicians who are interested in working per diem shifts.

“The best part of my job is talking to all of the nurses and getting to know them in and out of a hospital setting,” says Staffing Recruiter Francisco Zamora Hernandez, who joined HealthTrust as a Staffing Specialist and was recently promoted to Staffing Recruiter. “You need to build relationships with all types of candidates and facilities – take a risk and push yourself out of your comfort zone.”

The Staffing Recruiter role is a new addition to HealthTrust’s staffing teams, born out of our company’s culture of recruiting, cultivating, and retaining top talent in both the clinical and corporate environments. The keys to success as a Staffing Recruiter include being highly organized, self-motivated, and able to effectively communicate with a diverse population. This high-performance role requires a competitive spirit and strong commitment to recruiting quality candidates. Above all, Staffing Recruiters embrace the knowledge that the work they do has a direct impact on patient care.

“Making sure that nurses are going to work to take care of people that need help the most with a company that cares about its patients and staff is extremely rewarding,” says Staffing Recruiter Shelby Fincham, who initially came on board as a Local Contract Specialist. “This job can be very busy and the more organized you are, the more successful you will be!”

Qualified applicants will need at least a high school diploma or GED, as well as 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. Prior experience in healthcare staffing and a bachelor's degree are preferred but not required.
