Each month, the HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Recruitment Team recognizes an Employee of the Month for surpassing their goals and exemplifying Operational Excellence. Congratulations to Q2 2019 Employees of the Month Preston Pearson, Lakeisha Daniels and Zachary Perez!
April 2019 Employee of the Month: Lakeisha Daniels, Associate Recruiter
Lakeisha has been working with HealthTrust for almost a year. Her role in the company is recruiting nurses to be part of the Resource Pool that serves HCA Healthcare facilities in the Gulf Coast.
“Hearing what inspired the candidates to become RNs and giving them the opportunity to work for HCA Healthcare is what I love most,” says Lakeisha.
As the April Employee of the Month Lakeisha says the best part of receiving this recognition is knowing that her hard work never goes unnoticed. Her hobbies outside of work are going to water parks, going out for a day of boating, watching movies and reading.
May 2019 Employee of the Month: Zachary Perez, Associate Recruiter
Zachary has been with HealthTrust for a year. He is responsible for sourcing, screening and interview prepping candidates for permanent placement.
“Hearing candidates’ stories and doing everything I can to help them find exactly what they are looking for is the best part of my job working for HealthTrust,” says Zachary.
Zachary spends his free time watching movies, exercising and going to the beach.
June 2019 Employee of the Month: Preston Pearson, Associate Recruiter
Preston started with HealthTrust in the fall of 2018. During his time here he has been responsible for recruiting and placing clinicians in positions within the state of Texas.
“The best part of my job is how fantastic the culture is within our department,” says Preston.
He also enjoys “the hunt” that comes with his daily work. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing basketball, going to the gym and spending time at the beach.
