Employee of the Month, July 2021: Jenna Lex, Recruiting Team Lead
Jenna has been working with HealthTrust for nearly three years and was recognized due to always going above and beyond, serving as a role model to others, consistently meeting KPIs and goals, and demonstrating HealthTrust's core values and operational excellence.
Throughout the company’s continued response to COVID-19, Jenna has remained both patient and flexible as she focuses on hiring nurses who go to the bedside to take care of patients. “I am inspired by our healthcare heroes and recognize HealthTrust Workforce Solutions for our ability and resilience to adapt to change more than ever,” commented Jenna.
Employee of the Month, August 2021: Katherine Gurley, Program Professional
Katherine has been with us for nearly one year (Happy Anniversary!). Katherine was recognized due to her high quality of overall performance, ability to stay calm and lead in stressful situations, and her ability to consistently meet KPIs.
Katherine shared that she feels that it is her mission and purpose to find talented clinicians to represent HealthTrust and HCA Healthcare in our facilities at the bedside.
Employee of the Month, September 2021: Maryvn Louis, Dialysis Recruiter
Maryvn has been with HealthTrust since December of 2020. He was recognized for his ability to stay focused on his goals and produce great work. He attributes this to the team and leaders he works with. He shared that his mission is to continue bringing healthcare to communities in need.
