We would like to congratulate our Shared Services Recruitment team on already exceeding their year-end goal! Shared Services Recruitment is responsible for sourcing and submitting candidates to our Parallon affiliate to fill non-clinical positions within HCA Healthcare facilities or other Parallon locations. The Shared Services Department is currently made up of three recruiters: Regional Recruiter Daylena Barrios, Associate Recruiter Stephanie Celis, and Associate Recruiter Richard Polanco.
The completion of this milestone is attributed to the team’s outstanding efforts: This team embraces changes, exudes great energy and produces enthusiastic teamwork week after week.
“My favorite part about being a regional recruiter is being able to help individuals find their right career in the healthcare industry,” says Daylena.
This team directs their energy toward building relationships with clients and each other. They take time to learn and understand the needs of the candidates, with each team member probing deeper to gather information and details before pitching our opportunities to potential candidates.
“I love the fact that I get to help people find their dream job, an opportunity to succeed and build their professional career,” says Stephanie. “At the same time, I have the opportunity to offer quality professionals to our hospitals so they can provide an excellent service and give back to our community. The only way to do great work is to love what you do!”
Above all, Shared Services functions as a true team, not only helping candidates find jobs, but also helping each other when needed.
“I love my role because I love being in a supportive role – I think of it as being the backbone,” says Richard. “Whenever one of us may be having a tough time or maybe a tough month, I’d be sure to share any obstacles I’ve had in the past to help in any way I can.”
