"My world was forever changed the night my father went into cardiac arrest and ended up spending the next 10 days at HCA Southeast before he passed on November 10th, 2020. My dad spent most of this time in the ICU and we were blessed to have the most amazing nurse for several of his days. James was so caring with not only my father, but me and my family as well. He was very transparent when telling us how my dad was doing and he even took the time to explain to my mom and sister over and over without every seeming bothered. I am a nurse so I understand the situation better. James was an absolute light in the darkness at a time when we needed it the most. I have been a nurse for 20 years and nurses like James are rare. He is a genuine soul and I appreciate him."
