HCA: Investing in Nurses

hca-invests-in-nurses

Our parent company, HCA Healthcare, recently shared a plan to invest $300 million in nursing benefits over the next three years. In addition, HCA is putting $10.5 billion dollars toward facility expansion and upgrades.

HCA is focused on providing nurses with tuition reimbursement, advanced certifications and additional training. The hospital operator is building 13 new centers to provide recent RN graduates with hands-on training and is putting an emphasis on offering nurses more opportunities for advancement within the organization. HCA is also exploring offering tuition reimbursement to the children of employees.
