Chester is a Vascular Access nurse at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, Tennessee. His skill set, bedside manner, and genuine kindness have all earned him the highest of praises by both his colleagues and his patients.

"Over the past year this employee has received numerous compliments and accolades from internal and external HAC facilities. The complements have been from patients, patient family members, physicians and leadership at numerous facilities. The Infection Prevention Physician at Centennial Medical Center stated 'Chester’s professionalism, calm demeanor, and extraordinary ability to work with difficult patients was incredible.' She also mentioned that Chester’s name keeps coming up in conversations with her patients as a nurse who has been impactful in their stay at the hospital.
The Chief Nursing Officer at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, Tennessee stated 'Chester’s bedside manner and skills are incredible.' This was concerning a difficult PICC insertion in a patient at the facility. In another series of accolades a patient’s husband sent an email to Chester’s manager that stated:
'My wife is currently in the hospital at Williamson County Medical Center. A gentleman named Chester Willis from your company came in this afternoon to install a PICC line. I wanted to write you to tell you what a wonderful experience that was. His bedside manner was impeccable, he was incredibly kind with my wife, and very professional throughout the process. He stood out to me as someone who goes over and above and I was so pleased with his service that I asked for your contact information so I could write and tell you about my experience. As someone who manages people, I enjoy hearing positive reports on their work. I get frustrated that people are so quick to share bad experiences, but almost never share good ones. Well done on having Chester on your team. If he was in the Supply Chain world I would have offered him a job on the spot! Have a great day.'
These a just a few examples as to why I believe that Mr. Willis is a Hero. Mr. Willis has received ten total complements and Kudos over the past year. This is a significant amount of compliments that truly speaks to the skill set and character of this incredible employee."
