# HealthTrust Welcomes Stephanie Tice, Ethics & Compliance Officer

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is happy to welcome Stephanie Tice as Ethics and Compliance Officer of HealthTrust Workforce Solutions this past week. This position is in place to uphold compliance, organizational ethics and operational excellence.
Stephanie joins HWS from HCA Healthcare, where she began her career in 1995 at Southern Hills Medical Center after serving 6 years in the United States Air Force. Stephanie later served as the Ethics and Compliance Officer for the Nashville Share Services Center (SSC) before transitioning to HCA Corporate Ethics and Compliance in 2007, where she served as the Ethics and Compliance Investigator, Ethics Line Case Manager and Director, Ethics and Compliance.
Stephanie holds an Associates of Science Degree in Business and a Bachelor of Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University. She has a Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), has served on the Board of Operation Stand Down Tennessee and is an avid supporter of company Veteran initiatives.
