How to Access Your Tax Documents Online (Current Employees)
Tax season can seem challenging, but it doesn’t have to be. The best way to tackle taxes is by being prepared and planning ahead. That means keeping track of any assets, investments, and deductibles you have during the year — an especially important step if you’re a HealthTrust traveler, worked a contract, or picked up per diem shifts last year.
The idea is to have everything ready when tax season begins so you can file early and get your refund as fast as possible. And if you've worked with HealthTrust last year and you are still currently employed with us, you can easily access that info online. Here’s how to do it, in 4 easy steps!
Step 1: Login at HCAGHR.com
Go to HCAGHR.com and enter your User ID and Password to login.
Step 2: Click 'E-Stub Opt In or Out Request'
If you haven't already done so, you can opt-in for direct deposits under the My Quick Links menu. You'll need to do this to view your pay statements and tax documents online. If you've already opted in, skip to Step 3.
Step 3: Click 'My Paycheck'
Next, click on the My Paycheck tile near the top of the page.
Step 4: Click 'Tax Documents'
Now, simply click Tax Documents from the menu on the left-hand side of your screen to see or download your documents. Or, click Wage Statements for payroll documents, which you may also want to save with your tax documents.

How to Access Your Tax Documents Online (Former Employees)
No longer working with HealthTrust? Started a contract, shift, or job before 2024? Good news—former employees can still access tax documents online through eStub! Plus, you’ll get a paper copy of your W-2 for the year your employment ended, no matter what delivery option you chose before.
Copies of pay stubs and W-2 forms are available on the eStub site: www.onlinewagestatements.com/parallon2
To access your tax documents through eStub:
- First, enter your 3-4 ID as your username and select the “Forgot Password” option.
- Next, enter your Social Security number as the old password (no dashes).
- Lastly, create a new password when prompted and login to access your documents.
