# HWS Announces the Best of 2018 Recruitment Awards

Each year, our Recruitment team recognizes a team member who exceeds their personal and departmental performance goals while exemplifying outstanding service and operational excellence. Congratulations to our Recruitment team’s 2018 Associate Recruiter and Employee of the Year Jessica Galvez and Regional Recruiter of the Year Jennifer Doing!

**Associate Recruiter of the Year & Employee of the Year: Jessica Galvez, Team Lead – Associate Recruiting**
Jessica began her journey here at HealthTrust in the summer of 2016. Jessica is responsible for training and mentoring new and seasoned Associate Recruiters, while also recruiting and placing nurses in our regional Texas facilities. Not only did Jessica receive Associate Recruiter of the Year by placing the most nurses in 2018 on the Associate Recruiting team, she also received Employee of the Year for the entire Recruitment Department!
“The best part of my job is being able to help others, whether it’s helping a nurse find a new career opportunity or helping a new team member grow their business,” says Jessica about her role. “I am honored and humbled to have been named Employee and Associate Recruiter of the Year.”
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys taking long strolls around local parks and beaches in South Florida.
**Regional Recruiter of the Year: Jennifer Doing, Senior Regional Recruiter**
Jennifer became a part of the HealthTrust team in February of 2015. In her role, she is responsible for recruiting Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and Allied Professionals to work for HCA Healthcare facilities in Texas. Her job is not only to recruit, but also to guide our clinicians and provide the best fit for not only our HCA Healthcare facilities but also for the clinicians themselves.
“Helping our facilities fill their needs so we can ensure patient satisfaction is my favorite part of my role,” says Jennifer about her position. “I am extremely honored to be named Recruiter of the Year! While I am so thrilled to receive this award, it takes a TEAM to be successful.”
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys taking trips and spending time with her puppy Coco.
