Our Nashville office hosts a monthly contest for our local staffing specialists called Staffing Star! Each month, our specialists accumulate points for going above and beyond with helping nurses to book shifts, processing referrals, helping nurses to find new shifts in the event of a cancellation, and more.
The staffing specialist who excels the most for that period will receive a certificate and have the chance to roll a die to win a prize, such as a gift card or a pair of movie tickets.
