# New Go HWS Mobile Updates

We've listened to your feedback and we've updated our Go HWS Mobile app! In an effort to constantly improve our app, we included new features and enhancements for healthcare providers to book their next shift.
**Facility Department on Shift**
- The Facility Department name from the Position will now display on the shift card.
**Contact Staffing Office**
- A new link has been added to Contact Staffing Office. The link will display the phone number and email to the centralized staffing office. When each link is clicked the appropriate mobile prompt will appear to dial or create an email.
**Prompt for feedback **
- Users will now receive a soft prompt to provide feedback and leave a review after completing five sessions in the app and having successfully booked a shift.
Existing users will automatically see the updates, receive them on their next login, or will be prompted to update depending on their individual phone preferences.
