How the HealthTrust Referral Bonus Program Works
As you can see, there are a lot of opportunities to earn some pretty big bonuses with the HealthTrust nursing and healthcare referral program. And as you can probably guess, you'll have to follow a few simple rules to do so:
- The referred nurse or clinician must be new to HealthTrust, and not a current or past employee.
- The online referral form must be fully filled out and submitted.
- The referred nurse or clinician must work a minimum of 90 days, or a certain number of hours within their first 90 days. For dialysis and PICC roles, the minimum is six months. You can see the exact requirements here.
